Service Description
We complete a full engine service, inspect starter rope, sharpen and balance blades, inspect safety features, controls, wheels, and height adjuster function, and all other working parts on your machine. Any other problems will be advised before repairs are carried out, and may incur further charges. Non running machines will incur a minimum diagnostic fee of £15, which will be waived if the repair is carried out with us. All repairs will be charged at £30 per hour plus any parts required.
Cancellation Policy
This service is to book your machine in for the requested work to be done at our earliest convenience. It is not a physical appointment for when your equipment will be worked at. You can optionally choose our Priority Service, and jump the queue to get your work carried out quicker. We aim to carry out priority work on the same day or following day if possible, but this will depend on our current workload, and purchasing this extra service will still ensure a speedier turnaround, especially during peak times. Collection and delivery times will be confirmed by us by telephone first.
